Italian Sterling Silver Blue and White Sapphire Pendant Necklace

The pendant features a modern vertical swirl design in polished silver, set with a central oval-faceted dark blue sapphire in a four-prong mount. Nine small round-cut white sapphires are grain-set along the curves surrounding the pendant. The piece is suspended from a fine cable link chain. The reverse of the pendant is impressed with the numerals 925 and a maker's mark. The necklace is secured with a spring ring clasp.
