Title: Towards Home Size: 45 x 55 cm Artist: Ivar Keld Year: 2024 Ivar Keld, born in 1980, is a contemporary painter known for his atmospheric landscapes and solitary figures immersed in vast, quiet spaces. Influenced by Nordic light and the emotional power of nature, his work explores themes of isolation, contemplation, and the subtle dialogue between humanity and the landscape. Through muted palettes and vibrant painterly material, Keld builds scenes where time seems to slow and the silence becomes almost tangible. His works do not seek drama, but the quiet intensity of waiting—moments suspended in which human presence appears fragile and infinite at the same time. NB: The work will be shipped inside a sturdy, shipment-ready tube. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person the artworks are more beautiful than in photography: you can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas. Worldwide shipping via UPS.
