J.P. Wiser's 27 years old Cask Strength Blend of Rye...

Up for auction: An extraordinary bottle of ultra-aged Canadian whisky: J.P. Wiser's 27 Year Old Cask Strength Blend from the prestigious Rare Cask Series. Established in 1857, J.P. Wiser's is one of Canada's oldest and most respected whisky makers. Masterfully blended by renowned Master Blender Dr. Don Livermore at the Hiram Walker Distillery in Windsor, Ontario, this rare expression represents a sophisticated marriage of exceptionally aged corn and rye whiskies, each matured for at least 27 years in oak. Bottled at a formidable natural cask strength of 59.9% ABV, this ultra-rare release showcases incredible depth, character, and texture. It offers a decadent aromatic profile of rich dark toffee, polished antique oak, vanilla pod, dried stone fruits, baking spices, and rye grain spice, concluding with an extraordinarily long, warming, and enduring smooth wood finish. A centerpiece bottle for any collector of rare North American whiskies and connoisseurs of ultra-aged spirits. --- INCLUDED IN THIS LOT: * 1x J.P.
