Jaeger-LeCoultre Haute Joaillerie Watch – 18-carat white gold, diamonds, Cal. 426, circa 1960. An elegant and rare Jaeger-LeCoultre jewelry watch from the 1960s, notable for the finesse of its construction, its diamond setting, and above all its exceptional integrated jewelry bracelet. Its small rectangular case in 18-carat white gold (750/1000), measuring approximately 14 × 17 mm, is surrounded by a bezel set with 18 brilliant-cut diamonds. The silver dial, signed Jaeger-LeCoultre, features applied Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, complemented by baton hour markers. It retains an attractive natural patina, consistent with the watch’s age, which adds to the charm of this Vintage piece. The watch is powered by the Jaeger-LeCoultre 426 hand-wound mechanical caliber from the Duoplan family, a miniature movement developed for the Manufacture’s most delicate ladies’ timepieces. The winding crown is ingeniously positioned on the back of the case, thus preserving the watch’s clarity of lines. Particularly remarkable is the integrated 18-carat white gold bracelet, which forms a seamless whole with the case. Highly flexible, it combines a fine, textured central mesh with two lateral rows of polished articulated links. This meticulously crafted design gives the watch the appearance of a true piece of wrist jewelry. Its integrated jewelry clasp features two adjustment positions, allowing the length of the watch to be set to 16.5 or 17 cm, depending on the size of the wrist. The watch bears the serial number 165522 and has a gross weight of 28.6 g. It underwent a complete service on September 23, 2026, by L’Atelier des Tocantes, a specialist in antique timepieces, and comes with a 12-month Warranty. A particularly refined Jaeger-LeCoultre creation that bridges the worlds of watchmaking and fine jewelry, whose miniature caliber, 18 diamonds, and remarkable integrated Bracelet attest to the Manufacture’s dedication to mid-20th-century ladies’ watches. A rare and unique piece, designed as much as a collector’s watch as a true piece of jewelry.
