James Joyce - Dubliners - 1922-1922

This is a second editions of Dubliners by James Joyce, his only collection of short stories containing "The Dead", regarded by myself and others as one of the best stories ever written. It was turned into a beautiful film by John Huston. The book is in near fine condition. It was printed in the USA for an English publisher. Joyce famous novel "Ulysses" was in preparation to be published the same year by the same publisher. This can be seen on one of the pictures of the first pages. It is a very rare book. I have made a very long search to find another to have any idea about the value. The only copy for sale in the world at this moment is in very bad shape with loose backside.

Estimate:£465.97
