Japanese Arita Ware (Tominaga Chomei Studio)...

This is a fine vintage Japanese Arita (Imari) porcelain decorative plate from the Showa period, crafted by the workshop of the well-known ceramic artist Tominaga Chomei. The piece is decorated in classic Kakiemon style, featuring a traditional hand-painted Karako (Japanese children at play) scene. The porcelain body is fine, solid and white, covered with a smooth, warm aged glaze with natural soft luster. The base bears an original underglaze blue cursive mark “Tominaga”, confirming the authentic workshop origin. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No cracks, no hairlines, no chips, no repairs. Only minimal natural signs of age. Dimensions: Please refer to the detailed photos.
