Circular miniature portrait on ivory. A woman in a white dress with a low neckline; she wears a blue sash and a sky-blue shawl with white plumetis, earrings, a necklace and a ribbon tied in her hair. Plain grey background. Signed on the right: Mme Doucet. Late 18th century, circa 1795. Set in a precious circular frame of yellow gold with pearls and diamonds against a background of blue guilloché enamel. Total diameter: 8.3 cm . Gross weight: 52 g. (In very good overall condition).
