Jens Risom - Sideboard - Walnut

A beautiful and rare vintage sideboard (cretenda/credenza) designed by the influential Danish-American designer Jens Risom. This piece is a perfect example of high-end mid-century design, where Scandinavian elegance is combined with a powerful, functional American profile. The sideboard is crafted from premium walnut with a stunning, continuous figured wood grain across the doors and drawers. The most striking feature is the expertly integrated, organically curved handles that are seamlessly embedded in the wood. The cabinet offers a highly practical layout with two generous hinged cabinets on the outer sides (both equipped with a built-in lock) and a central block with three deep drawers. The whole rests on a sleek, continuous wooden base that gives the piece a floating, modern character. This timeless design icon is in beautiful vintage condition and is an absolute focal point in any modern, eclectic, or mid-century interior.
