Lever-operated mechanical horse racing game. It is a typical café or drawing-room gambling game of the era, made of wood, iron, and cardboard, with small horses or jockeys in metal/lead that run on concentric tracks powered by an internal spring mechanism controlled by a lever, while the central bowl was used to collect bets.
