Jewellery box - fine woods - Large inlaid jewelry box

Grand solid wood jewelry box with a drawer inlaid – Italian craftsmanship, 1970s–1980s (20th century) Splendid and refined large jewelry casket, Italian-made, dating from the 1970s–1980s, crafted in wood with elegant multicolored floral marquetry. Of excellent artisanal quality, it features a small-drawer structure, enriched by rich floral marquetry compositions inlaid on the upper surface, the sides and the fronts of the drawers. The different tones of the wood species create refined color contrasts, enhancing the beauty of the decorations. The interior is lined with soft burgundy red velvet, which adds further elegance to the whole. Particularly capacious and functional, it has three large drawers that slide out and a large upper compartment with a hinged lid, equipped with the original lock with key present and in perfect working order. The generous dimensions, the quality of workmanship, and the attention to detail make this casket a valuable example of Italian decorative craftsmanship from the second half of the twentieth century. Dimensions: 29.5 × 20 × 20 cm. A piece of furniture of great charm, ideal for storing jewelry, watches and precious objects, perfect on a dresser, a dressing table, or a writing desk, in both classical settings and interiors with an eclectic taste. Excellent overall condition, with minor signs of age compatible with the period. The photographs form an integral part of the description.
