Jugendstil Tile - Rako, Rakovník - Art Nouveau - 1900-1910

A special antique Art Nouveau tile made by: Rako, Rakovník, the Czech Republic. Factory founded in 1886. The decoration of stylized foliate motifs is applied in relief using a dust-pressed technique, where clay powder is pressed under high pressure into a mold. The tile is in fair to good condition with a beautiful bright glaze. The tile has edge damage, the largest on the left side, and there are some surface blemishes, clearly visible in the pictures. The back is marked with RAKO. I pack the tile(s) with great care. I ship my parcels via PostNL. All parcels come with a track & trace number.

Estimate:£75.27
