A lovely antique Chinese porcelain salt cellar, salter or stemmed bowl with a decoration of peonies and hibiscus on pierced rocks in a landscape, surrounded by many insects. Executed in an excellent underglaze blue. Handcrafted in ancient Imperial China during the early Qing dynasty, 17th century. Kangxi period (1662-1722). Guaranteed original and of the stated period. Very elegant shape, extremely well potted with contoured edges. Standing on a wide foot for a sturdy stand. Diameter: 10,0 centimeter Condition: The object is in very good condition, some normal rim fritting and one mouse bite; no hairlines or restorations. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light. Shipping method: This lot will be securely packed and shipped with insurance, without stand.
