Kangxi (1662-1722) - Tankard - Beer Tankard- Peaches

A lovely antique Chinese porcelain large beer jug with a central decoration of Peaches, Peonies, Insects, executed in a nice underglaze blue and white. In the border a classical decoration of geometrical Palm Leafs Lotus Roots, Cloud sand floral patterns. Handcrafted in ancient China during the Qing dynasty, Kangxi period (1662-1722), ca. 1680-90. Guaranteed original and of the stated period. Including a large and well made 18th Century silver lid. Height: 16.8 centimeter. Condition: The object is in excellent condition, baking imperfections and a small star crack on the bottom, some normal wear on the lid, small restoration on the handle.
