Inspired by human interconnectedness, the canvas features a series of shadowed figures representing the diversity of people and how, despite our differences, we are connected. Coffee, as a constant source of inspiration for Kastro, takes protagonism in the piece, intentionally poured onto the canvas in the form of a stain, symbolizing its power as a nexus that unites people. This coffee stain not only adds texture and depth to the artwork, but visually represents how coffee connects stories, thoughts and emotions in a creative universe that Kastro has built in his art.
