Kirksville, Missouri. Bank of St. Louis. 1859 $5. PMG Fine 12.

Kirksville, Missouri. Bank of St. Louis. 1859 $5. PMG Fine 12. No. 12078. Plate D. Offered here is a fine conclusion to a parade of tough Obsoletes on the Kirksville-based branch of the Bank of St. Louis offered here as part of the Caine Collection. Here the "Minor Repairs" noted by PMG are readily observed, but this note is overall a fine survivor that does well to reflect the technical sophistication of the period through good color and apparent detail. PMG comments "Minor Repairs." Estimate: $1,000 - $1,500. Provenance: From the Caine Collection.

Estimate:£453.06
