A large 300cl bottle of La Gauloise Jaune, a historic French herbal liqueur created in 1783 and produced by Distillerie du Centre in Limoges. This 40% yellow liqueur is made from aromatic plants and fine eaux-de-vie, with a softer and slightly sweeter profile than the green version. Taste profile: Sweet and herbal, with honeyed spice, saffron, cardamom, angelica, citrus peel and a smooth liqueur texture. Aromatic and warming, with a long sweet-spiced finish.
