It was published in Paris beginning in January 1949, following in the footsteps of the newspaper of the same name that appeared between 1925 and 1940. The journal was founded on the initiative of I. I. Tkhorzhevski, with the support of A. O. Gukasov, owner and publisher of the former newspaper *La Renaissance*. A significant collection of 74 issues covering the period from 1949 to 1973. We are including 16 duplicate issues from the same period. V
