Labuan 1880-82 Watermark Crown CC Essay The manuscript requisition, dated "2 jun 81", "For a Labuan Postage Stamp of the value of 8 cents the same colour as annexed Specimen. The Malay and Chinese characters as indicated at sides of specimen. 6000 of above required, A.H. Hamilton Postmaster". The annexed stamp was the 12c. carmine and affixed to the requisition is an outline proof of the necessary changes.
