Lambert automaton, circa 1890 “Bébé Eventail” No. 20 in the Lambert catalog Biscuit head stamped in red: Registered “JUMEAU” head, Size 4, fixed blue eyes, closed mouth, pierced ears, blonde wig, bisque forearms and hands (the little finger of her right hand is missing). Cream-colored damask silk dress (very worn), headdress. Movable head and hands; she is smelling a bouquet of flowers with one hand and fanning herself with the other. Music: 1 tune.
