Frosted Opaque Glass with Swirl and Ruffled Edge positioned in an antique brass frame including a strain relief. Note that a same type of suspension lamp is present at the house of Claude Monet in Giverny: in the bedroom of Monet’s stepdaughter, Blanche Hoschedé. Two pictures of this bedroom in Giverny are at the end of the set of pictures of this lot (just to give an impression).
