Lamp - Metal - Vespa Piaggio vba

An exclusive and fascinating object of industrial design and automobilia: a handcrafted table lamp made from the original handlebar of a historic Vespa Piaggio scooter. This unique upcycled piece merges the history of Italian design with the practicality of a modern, highly impactful decorative accessory. The handlebar, in its splendid sky-blue color, preserves the iconic lines and chrome details of the era, such as the headlight bezel. The lamp is mounted on a solid, stable satin metal support structure, with the classic raised cursive 'Vespa' logo on the base, certifying its inspiration and the bond with the myth of two wheels. The headlight has been cleverly converted to house a modern bulb (ideal for vintage filament LED bulbs), offering a warm, atmospheric light that is adjustable in all directions thanks to the joint at the top of the stem. A perfect piece to decorate lofts, offices, vintage workshops, taverns, or to give a unique touch to the living room of a true collector or Piaggio enthusiast. Technical details and features: • Material: Original handlebar in alloy/metal, base and stem in satin steel. • Color: Sky blue / pastel blue with chrome finishes. • Base: Square metal base with the 'Vespa' logo applied in relief. • Lighting: Functional headlight with complete wiring, inline switch on the cord, and standard plug. • Conditions: Excellent cosmetic and structural condition. Being a handcrafted object made with vintage parts, it may show very slight signs of aging that enhance its charm and authenticity. Fully functional.
