A charming and elegant table lamp (or a floor lamp at mid-height) created from the electrification of an antique church torcher-style candelabrum from the second half of the 19th century (full Historicist/Baroque Revival period). The piece stands out for its refined architectural shaft with a tapered profile, rising from a solid triangular-section base decorated with floral garlands and carved relief motifs of acanthus leaves. The central shaft features fluted work enriched in the lower section with geometric motifs of stylized foliage. The candelabrum has been skilfully transformed into a modern lighting element: it is topped by an elegant cylindrical fabric shade in black with a reflective gold interior, designed specifically to enhance the warm tone of the gold leaf and to create an atmospheric light. The electrical system is functioning, equipped with a vintage-style braided cord and an inline switch. A perfect fusion of classical antiques and contemporary interior design. As shown in the photographic details, an entire rear side and several lower sections show old conservative restorations and reconsolidations of the ochre/gold lacquer. The original gilding shows a beautiful and authentic period patina with partial and fascinating reveals of the underlying red bole, testifying to its authenticity. The shade and the electrical system are modern replacements. Measurements: height 109 cm, shade diameter 28 cm
