Late Deco 0.45ct Diamond Solitaire Ring, c.1940s

This classic ring dates to the 1940s. The square setting work holds a 0.45 carat round brilliant diamond. It has been estimated as an E in colour and SI1 in clarity. The setting has been made in platinum to really emphasise the colour of the stone. The shank has been made in 18 carat yellow gold, the fashion of the era.
