LEGO Set - 4730 - Harry Potter - 4730

LEGO Harry Potter 4730 – The Chamber of Secrets (2002) A remarkable piece of LEGO Harry Potter history, dating back to 2002. This original LEGO set, produced by the renowned Danish toy manufacturer, captures one of the most memorable locations from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Released during the early years of the LEGO Harry Potter theme, set 4730 represents an important chapter in the collaboration between LEGO and the Harry Potter franchise. Featuring 567 pieces and five minifigures, the set recreates the mysterious Chamber of Secrets, complete with its iconic architectural details and characters. More than two decades after its original release, The Chamber of Secrets has become an increasingly difficult set to find, especially with its original contents still untouched. Early LEGO Harry Potter sets hold a special place among collectors, not only because of their nostalgic appeal but also because they represent the beginning of what would become one of LEGO’s most successful licensed themes. What makes this particular example especially interesting is its exceptional state of preservation on the inside. Although the original box has been opened, all contents remain fully factory sealed, unused and complete. The original building instructions are also included. The original box is in good overall condition considering its age, showing light shelf wear. There are two areas of surface wear on the right side where stickers or tape have previously been removed, as well as a small tear on one of the box flap tabs. These imperfections are clearly visible in the photographs. For collectors of vintage LEGO, finding an original 2002 set with its contents still sealed is becoming increasingly challenging. This example offers the opportunity to acquire an authentic piece of early Harry Potter LEGO history without the contents ever having been assembled. The photographs form an integral part of the description and provide a detailed impression of the exact condition of the item. The set will be carefully and securely packaged using protective materials and a sturdy outer shipping box to ensure it arrives safely at its new destination.
