Liberation of the mind 119 - geert lemmers

Liberation of the mind 119 by geert lemmers Painting 32.0 x 39.0 :: Acrylic paint oil paint and gouache on preprocessed Hardwood Panel in wooden frame. Return to simplicity and tranquility. I have recently come to know for sure that I too am surrounded and influenced by unrest and that is why it feels like a form of meditation to once again create calm sensitive meditative works that I hope give viewers a good feeling. In my latest paintings I try to convey my feelings that I have and notice while painting and composing the works to you the viewers. I achieve the compositions and especially the color nuances by working layer by layer until I reach a point where I am satisfied while I also know that my painting is not finished. I hope to give the works of art a story together with the viewer[s] that can be different for every viewer or buyer.
