A good and scare example of a light cavalry sword, 1821-1822 pattern, carried by a Scottish officer, complete with an etched blade marked ‘90th Highland Borderers’, set with a strung bugle and a Victorian crown cypher and scroll panels, with a three bar steel hilt and a wire bound fish skin grip, lacking its scabbard otherwise very good service worn condition.
