The sculpture is executed in matte stoneware with textured blue trousers and earthy tones, mounted to an integral porcelain base with a wood-grain finish. The underside bears a blue printed mark with a bell symbol reading LLADRO HAND MADE IN SPAIN and DAISA 1983, with the model number 3554 incised into the clay. A large black ink signature reading Cano is present on the base next to the date 2.1.2009, accompanied by incised characters G-9 E and a diamond containing the number 3.
