A good convex white metal example with a seeded rectangular bordered background, with a crown surmounting an oak leaf wreath centred with a crowned Royal cypher ‘G.R.I.’ above a motto scroll ‘Dieu Et Mon Droit’, the belt of silver embroidered lace upon red morocco leather backing, with a single undulating horizontal line to the centre with oak leaves and acorns along its full length, the sword slings of the same pattern with two attractive buckles, the reverse of the belt with maker’s marks ‘F. P. Scholte 7 Saville Row, W.’, some holes, generally good condition and better £80-£100.
