Lot 42 - Two Silver Dragon-Decorated Octagonal Boxes
Each of octagonal form, the covers decorated in relief with dragons amidst scrolling clouds, the sides featuring panels of floral and foliate motifs. The smaller box bearing a two-character mark reading 'Jia He' (加和) to the base. Possibly Chinese or of other East Asian origin. Diameters 6.5cm and 4.3cm; weights 79g and 49g respectively.
