Pons. Contemporary bindings half brown calf, spine with raised bands ornamented with fillets and gilt compartments, boards marbled paper. Condition: interior fresh, paper clean. Wear to the headbands and raised bands, boards marbled with rubs and small losses at the edge. A good copy of a classic of Second Empire popular science.
