Louis-Philippe DUMONT (1765–1853), Delegate to the National Convention from Calvados – Letter from A.S. DUMONT, Tax Collector of Calvados, to C. LAQUIANTE, CAEN, 1st Nivôse, Year 8 (December 22, 1799) — “He received, along with his letter, the two receipts … in payment for National Domains…” I went immediately to the Domain Collector, who took note of them, undertook the settlement, and ordered all legal proceedings to be halted....
