The Collection 246 cuvée represents the House’s 246th blend since its inception. Delicate reductive notes—with hints of seashells, iodine, and toast—add wonderful precision, enhanced by the finesse of the Chardonnay. Flavors of peach and pollen unfold with lightness and delicacy. The soft, creamy effervescence releases fine bubbles that prolong a mouth-watering sensation, underpinned by saline and chalky notes. The texture—fresh, dynamic, and slightly powdery—animates the mid-palate. The long, harmonious finish lingers with smoky and toasty nuances derived from the Perpetual Reserve.
