His internationally sought-after artworks take up the themes of automobilia, comic book heroes and great icons of the film and music world of the 60s and 70s. In the high-end classic car scene and among Pop Art aficionados, the strictly limited works have meanwhile achieved cult status. The appeal of his paintings lies in the density of content and color intensity, showing motifs that we think we know, but which have been created completely from scratch. Luc Best has exhibited his paintings in various galleries, fairs, art exhibitions and in the State Archive of Bremen and has gained international attention with various awards and sales in more than 40 countries and Hollywood's film industry (movie posters). Luc Best is represented in various private and public collections worldwide.
