Luigi Improta (XX-XXI) - Ritratto Gotico

A evocative oil painting on canvas depicting a young figure in Gothic-Victorian style, with raven-black braids and a white collar, surrounded by ravens and antique clocks in a warm, mysterious atmosphere of an old library. The play of amber light against the dark background creates a strong chiaroscuro effect, while the detail of the alarm clock held in the hand becomes the symbolic focal point of the work, almost marking the suspended time of the scene. Original piece created by a contemporary artist who is not yet established; this is not a work by a great master nor a studio copy of a famous piece. Signed at the bottom left (L. Improta). We also work on commission: for information please write to info@arteecollezioni.com A piece signed by an artist selected among our top sellers on Catawiki, where his figures have achieved notable auction results thanks to the constant appreciation of international collectors. Quality and reliability guarantee for those seeking authentic, impactful painting.
