Elegant and evocative service composed of 6 vintage original goblets from the 1970s, attributable to the famous French manufacture Luminarc (Verrerie d'Arques / J.G. Durand). The glasses come from a private family collection and have been kept intact for decades. The set belongs to the iconic and sought-after Verre à pied "Boule" (Gambo a Sfera) model and is a perfect example of Space Age design. This aesthetic movement of the second half of the twentieth century, influenced by aerospace enterprises, favored spherical geometries and fluid lines: the characteristic central sphere in the stem perfectly embodies this retro-futurist taste, giving stability and a timeless pop aesthetic. The wide, rounded cup, together with the pleasantly wide mouth, makes this service extremely versatile: perfect for tasting table wines, but also ideal for serving refined desserts with a spoon, mousse or sorbets. Producer: Luminarc France (Verrerie d'Arques) Model: Verre à pied "Boule" (Gambo a sfera) Style: Space Age / Modern Design Period: Anni '70 Material: Classic transparent glass Number of items: 6 Height: 12 cm Diameter of mouth: 7.5 cm Condition: Vintage, in good condition. The glasses have been carefully stored inside a domestic cabinet. The glass is bright and transparent, free from washing-related opacities. Please carefully review the photo gallery to verify its actual condition, as it is an integral part of the description.
