Magazine rack - Wood - Canterbury-lecture box

A beautiful, regal wooden reading rack (newspaper rack) in a cozy, rustic style from the 1970s/80s of the last century. This decorative piece of furniture immediately stands out for its nicely turned woodwork (the segmented balusters and posts), inspired by the classic English Bobbin and Windsor styles. Thanks to the stepped construction with two compartments, this rack offers plenty of space to neatly and stylishly sort magazines, newspapers, or books. Special and compact construction: Unique to this particular model is the entirely wooden construction. The legs are fitted with an artisanal wooden thread and are screwed directly into the frame. There are no metal screws or plugs used. For transport, the legs can easily be manually dismantled. This allows the piece to be shipped in a very small, compact package. This significantly minimizes the risk of transport damage and keeps shipping costs low. Style period: Perfectly suited within a warm vintage, eclectic, or modern boho-chic interior where natural materials and characterful objects take center stage. Condition: The reading rack is in a lovely and solid vintage state with light, characteristic signs of use that match the age of the object (see the detail photos for an exact view). The wooden thread of all legs is fully intact and threads in smoothly. Specifications: • Material: Wood (warm brown varnished) • Period: 1970s / 1980s • Style: Rustic / Vintage / Bobbin / Windsor • Features: 2 stepped compartments, fully démontable Will be shipped according to the box-in-box principle
