This series, limited to 199 units, celebrates one of the most important pre-Socratic philosophers. Anaximander is known for his innovative ideas about the universe, cosmogony and the origin of life, and this collection celebrates his contribution to philosophical thought. crafted in precious light green Italian resin and silver, the pen design features a clip that reproduces one of philosophy's universal symbols. The cap band – in silver – is engraved with Anaximander's profile on the front and the motto: "The infinite is immortal and indestructible" on the back, reflecting his cosmological view. At the top of the cap is set a coin depicting an owl, symbol of philosophy, considered as such by Hegel in the nineteenth century.
