▐ Collection of Pens Dedicated to Titus Lucretius Carus Maita is proud to present a unique and limited collection of high-quality pens, designed to celebrate the intellectual and moral legacy of one of the greatest philosophers in history: Titus Lucretius Carus. This exclusive series consists of only 199 pieces, making each pen a true collectible object, a symbol of culture and refinement. The pens are made of precious Italian ochre resin, a choice that is not accidental: the color echoes matter, concreteness, and the physical world, in line with his philosophical materialism. The Italian resin also guarantees excellent quality, with an elegant and durable finish. The pen design is enriched with details that highlight its symbolic and philosophical value: - The pen clip reproduces one of the universal symbols of philosophy, a direct reminder of wisdom and critical thinking that has spanned the centuries. - On the body of the pen, a metal ring is finely inscribed with the profile of Titus Lucretius Carus on the front, a visual homage to the philosopher himself. On the back of the ring, his famous motto is engraved: “the drop wears away the stone,” which symbolizes the power of perseverance, consistency, and patience. It is not the strength of a single blow that wins, but the continuous and tireless repetition of a small gesture that leads to extraordinary results.. - Embedded at the top of the cap, a small coin depicts an owl, ancient symbol of philosophy and wisdom, recognized as such by Hegel in the nineteenth century. This detail gives the pen an additional touch of cultural and historical depth. This collection is not just a writing instrument, but a true tribute to philosophy and its timeless teachings. ▐ Technical features and details □ Fountain pen □ Limited Edition of 199 pieces □ Manufacturer: Maita □ Country of origin: Italy □ Materials: Italian resin and silver ▐ Dimensions □ Pen length: 129.5 mm □ Length with cap, cap-on: 173.5 mm □ Length with cap (closed): 142.5 mm □ Diameter: 14 mm ▐ Filling and Nib □ Filling: converter and/or cartridge □ Nib material: stainless steel □ Nib size: medium (M)* *a request, an Extra Fine, Fine, or Broad nib can be mounted. ▐ Conditions □ Pen new, with elegant packaging and warranty certificate ▐ Shipping □ Express courier ▐ INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY □ All Maita writing instruments are covered by a 3-year warranty against all material and manufacturing defects.
