Rare table service for 6 people produced in 1910 by Manifattura di Laveno. The plates have a rim divided into four sections by a raised ridge, themselves crossed by two more raised ridges. They are made in earthenware. In the 1920s the service was revived by Guido Andloviz, who made it one of the best-known and best-selling among all those offered by the Ginori manufactory, so much so that it was soon produced in an incredible variety of decors, from the simplest to the most complex, in order to meet the needs of an audience with diverse tastes and different financial means. The service consists of 6 flat plates of 25 cm. The service is in generally good condition; one piece shows more evident defects shown in the latest photographs. Very rare object, an exemplary piece of Italy’s history of the art of the table.
