MANNER OF NICOLAS POUSSIN WOODLAND NYMPH IN AN ARCADIAN LANDSCAPE Oil on canvas 32 x 40cm (12½ x 15½in.) Condition Report: The canvas has an old relining. Examination under UV light reveals scattered areas of retouching in the background, most notably within the darker pigments to the right, around the greenery. Further retouching is also visible around the putto. There appears to be slight surface damage to the eye of Venus. The canvas is also covered with a yellowing layer of dirt.
