Mar Legón - Buganvilla - XL

BUGANVILLA - XL 90 × 70 cm Acrylic on canvas 2026 PROJECTION AND VALUE OF THE WORK Bougainvillea forms part of Mar Legón's research on patios, gardens, and open architectures, spaces where vegetation and light transform the perception of the surroundings. In this piece, the artist builds a scene where architectural elements serve as a transition between the intimacy of the courtyard and the expanse of the exterior landscape. Completely handmade in 2026, this unique piece gathers elements characteristic of her recent production: an intense chromatic palette, synthesized forms, defined light contrasts, and a special attention to the relationship between architecture and nature. The presence of the bougainvillea, located at the back of the composition, functions as a visual focal point and provides a delicate contrast between pinks, greens and blues. PACKAGING AND AUTHENTICITY The work is offered directly by Mar Legón, and includes a certificate signed and minted by the artist.
