Mara. J XL - Amber Thicket

A dense tangle of leaves rises from the deep copper base toward a golden glow, as if light were filtering from above and warming every layer. The surface is built for accumulation: impressions of overlapped leaves, a granular texture that vibrates with every variation in tone. Between orange and ochre, pale pink leaves emerge, light, almost suspended in the air. At the bottom, thin stems and touches of deep blue provide rhythm and depth to the composition, a fresh counterpoint to the dominant warmth. From this grows a luminous and serene image, the memory of an autumn afternoon that does not want to end. Signed and dated 2026 on the bottom right Image dimensions: 95 x 65 cm Total canvas size: 105 x 75 cm The artwork is sold without a frame; it will be rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube. The certificate of authenticity is issued exclusively upon request, in digital format. Mara J. explores the beauty and intensity of nature and the human body, creating works that tell emotions and moods through light and form. Her landscapes evoke fluid, suspended atmospheres, where color and luminosity shape space, while human figures, delicate and introspective, become a means of emotional expression. Each painting is an invitation to immerse oneself in a world of subtle sensations, where nature and the human being intertwine in a deep dialogue.
