Marcel Peltier (1924-1998) - Le pont à Bruges

Marcel Peltier (1924-1998) - Le pont à Bruges Oil painting - Hand signed Marcel Peltier (1924–1998) belongs to that generation of French painters who traversed the 20th century by shaping a deeply personal body of work, nourished by real world observation and a singular pictorial sensibility. Trained in the postwar period, he developed very early a visual language where light, volume, and matter occupy a central place. His work embodies a search for balance between figuration and poetic interpretation, giving rise to compositions that are both structured and vibrant. Wordt goed verpakt en aangetekend verzonden.
