The aforementioned VILLAROS shall supervise the navigation of fishing vessels and the men engaged in fishing, especially young men. Document signed by the Deputy Commissioner of the Navy for the NARBONNE district. 1 folio page. Seal featuring the imperial eagle on an ermine mantle. 1 folio page. Stamp: “Narbonne.
