All auctions / Contemporary Art / MARTE (1990) - XXL • Metamorfosis • NO RESERVE

This is a unique and original work by the artist MARTE, hand-signed on the back and with a certificate of authenticity included. This painting in particular transcends the barriers of landscape by sharing features of surrealism and approaching conceptual art. It proposes a new vision in contemporary abstract art with nods to abstract expressionism. The XXL format of the painting is ideal for contemplating the details in all their splendor; it works very well in galleries and modern interiors. DETAILS: From the series: Uncertain Horizons Title: Metamorphosis Author: MARTE Acrylic on canvas 120x120 cm Spain 2026 MARTE's work is characterized by a balanced palette and soft brushstrokes accompanied by subtle glazes. They are compositions with a meditational spirit and their scenes are aimed at conveying an idea associated with a strong experience. Therefore the construction of the pictorial setting is fundamental to evoke that dreamlike vision. Their works can include many subjects but follow the same conceptual thread that is clearly observed in all of their paintings. SHIPPING: Fast shipping within 3 days after order.
