Maryse Coin - Couple de Roselins -Huile-

My name is Maryse Coin, born in 1957, I am a self-taught French artist and I live in Niort (79). Passionate about color and texture, I explore different styles ranging from abstract expressionism, action painting, to highly realistic academic painting. I use different mediums: acrylic, oil, collage. My works are in private collections, notably in Europe, the United States and Morocco. I have participated in numerous Exhibitions and Fairs: Deauville, Paris, Perpignan. Marrakech, Florence, Bellano. I have always felt this visceral need to be outdoors, where time regains its natural rhythm. Nature is not a simple backdrop for me: it is a refuge, a calm space where each season brings its nuances, its smells and its lights. To stroll there is to relearn how to observe and listen. What fascinates me most at the heart of this living painting are the birds. There is something infinitely free and poetic in their presence. Whether it is the song of a blackbird at dusk, the swift flight of a swallow or the discreetness of a chickadee in the branches, observing them requires particular attention, almost a form of meditation. Their plumage, their behaviors, their migrations that defy distances… everything about them fills me with wonder. Watching birds is my way of staying connected to this wild, fragile and essential beauty that surrounds us. The artwork is signed by the artist at the bottom right: M. Coin, as well as on the back. Shipping: The painting will be well protected and shipped by Colissimo. An authenticity certificate will be attached to the package.
