In 1980 he graduated from the National Institute for Cinematography and Television as an animator, a training that professionally shaped him and which he carried out until 1989. During this period he met Giovan Battista Carpi, who introduced him to the big Disney world and offered him the chance to draw for Topolino. In 1990 he debuted in Topolino no. 1805 and his collaboration with Walt Disney led him to pages of “Minni & company”, “Giovani Marmotte”, “PK”, “MM”. In 1997, in the story “Paperino e la macchina della conoscenza” (Topolino no. 2172), the character Bum Bum Ghigno makes his first appearance. From 1993 he collaborated with Bonelli on the titles “Nick Raider”, “Magico Vento” and "Deadwood Dick", for both stories and covers, up to the historic title Tex in 2007. He entered the French market in 2004 with “Elias le maudit” for Humanoïdes Associés.
