Maurice Lacroix Calypso 75344 – Mother of Pearl – 10 Diamond-Set Indices – Steel/Gold – Swiss Quartz – 1990s -> Condition: Very rare and sought-after piece in excellent preserved condition. The watch runs perfectly and reliably. The glass shows a slight scratch, which is hardly noticeable under normal viewing. Overall, there are no noteworthy signs of wear or use. The gilding is uniform and very well preserved. The mother-of-pearl dial is clean, stain-free and superbly preserved. Origin: The watch comes from a private collection. It has been carefully examined and is from an estate or collector stock. It is offered in its current condition. Especially attractive is the shimmering mother-of-pearl dial with 10 gemstone-set indices. In comparable Calypso 75344 models this set is described as diamond-set; the stones in this specimen have not been gemologically tested separately. The integrated two-tone design combines sporty Calypso elements with the elegant look of a classic Swiss-made ladies’ watch. With a diameter of approximately 26–27 mm sans crown, the watch has elegant yet highly wearable proportions.
