Medicus Schuh – XXL Emaille Reclamebord – Duits...

Impressive XXL enamel advertising board from Medicus Schuh, executed in a classic red-and-white color scheme with the recognizable Medicus logo. At the bottom of the board the manufacturer is clearly marked as: “Pyro-Email Boos & Hahn, Offenburg-Baden” The board is thus produced by the German enamel manufacturer Boos & Hahn from Offenburg, Baden. A particularly large size originally intended to be clearly visible from a distance as storefront or facade advertising. The board has a slightly convex shape and is made of sturdy metal with enamel. The letters and pictorial marks are boldly executed and give the board a very decorative appearance. Dimensions: approx. 77 × 122 cm Material: enamel on metal Manufacturer: Pyro-Email Boos & Hahn, Offenburg-Baden Country of origin: Germany The board is in used condition with clear signs of age and wear. Along the edges and corners there is localized enamel loss and rust. The backside also shows oxidation. These signs of wear give the board a distinctly industrial and authentic look. Please examine the photos carefully for the exact condition. Because of its XXL format of 122 cm wide, this is a striking collectible for enthusiasts of old advertising, enamel boards, shop interiors and industrial design.
