This extraordinary Merlinite dice set consists of four individually patterned dice that immediately catch the eye with their contrasting color scheme. Deep black and anthracite structures meet light gray, lilac, and delicate violet tones, creating a wild, almost mosaic-like drawing. Four dice – four completely different characters Although all four pieces are made from the same characteristic material, each die has its own unique structure. Sometimes larger dark inclusions dominate, sometimes finely branched black patterns or light violet-gray areas. When placed side by side, the variety of Merlinite’s natural patterning becomes clearly evident. The unusual cube shape showcases these structures in an especially exciting way: a new pattern appears on every single face. Turn the pieces, and their overall expression changes – almost like small abstract artworks that show a different image on every side. Polished surfaces with impressive depth Through careful polishing, the dice gain an intense shine that clearly highlights the dark and light mineral regions. Black inclusions almost look like fragments, veins, or mysterious inscriptions within the lighter matrix. The combination of geometric form and completely irregular natural patterning creates a particularly appealing contrast: clear lines meet structures shaped over millions of years. Exceptional set for collectors and mineral enthusiasts Together, the four Merlinite dice present a harmonious yet expressive ensemble. They are excellent for a mineral collection, a display case, the desk, or as modern decorative objects. Particularly interesting is the set for lovers of unusual lapidary forms: while spheres and free-form shapes feel soft and organic, the cube form showcases the various mineral structures in a completely different light. Four unique Merlinite dice – bound by the same fascinating color world and yet each an unmistakable natural one-of-a-kind.
